How Do I Contact Customer Service?

What Are Your Customer Service Hours?

We are available via telephone 8-5pm CST Monday through Friday. Our customer service email is available 24 hours a day. On the weekends we will do our best to respond as soon as possible. Most Weekend emails will be returned promptly the following Monday.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the ship to address. ALL ORDERS WITHIN CONTINENTAL USA SHIPS FOR FREE!

How Do I Track Shipping?

After placing your order you will receive two emails: one with an order confirmation as soon as you place your order and a second one with tracking information once your item has shipped.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We honor a gracious 60-day return policy on all our products. We understand that ordering online can be worrisome. We want you to be confident in your purchase and make this a stress-free experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us or follow the steps below to request a refund or an exchange. 

What Does The Refund Process Entail?

Please email us at CS@WittleProducts.com with your full name and order number to initiate the return process. Also, please include a brief description of why you are returning the product.

We'll issue a full refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected the product(s) and all included accessories. Please note that this refund will not include a reimbursement for shipping costs.

My Order Arrived But There Is Something Missing From The Package?

If your package is missing any items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Email us at CS@WittleProducts.com. You can also reach us via our contact us page.
